Product Description of PA66 GF25 Thermal Break Extrusion Machine
This machine is designed to produce high-quality polyamide thermal break strips used in aluminum windows, doors, and curtain walls. The process involves the use of a special screw that ensures good plasticization of polyamide 66 combined with glass fiber. The extrusion die then shapes the material into a thermal insulation strip, suitable for various applications.
After drying, the PA66+GF pellets are fed into the hopper, where they are mixed with the rotating screw and forced through the extrusion die. Due to the tight clearance between the screw and barrel, the granular material undergoes high pressure and heat, resulting in a molten state. This hot melt is then extruded, cooled, and processed into insulating strips that can be cut or rolled as needed.
