Product Description of PA66 GF25 Thermal Break Extrusion Machine
This innovative machine is designed to produce high-quality thermal insulation strips using polyamide 66 combined with glass fiber. The special screw ensures excellent plasticization of the material, allowing it to be extruded through a die into a thermal break strip. These strips are widely used in aluminum windows, doors, and curtain walls, enhancing energy efficiency and insulation performance.
After drying, the PA66+GF pellets are fed into the hopper and then into the barrel. As the screw rotates, it forces the granular material forward through the spiral groove of the die. Due to the tight gap between the screw and the barrel, the material undergoes high pressure and heat, leading to effective plasticization. The heated nylon is then extruded, molded, and processed through traction, cutting, or rolling to form the final insulating tape product.
