Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally, it's 7 days if the goods are in stock. For OEM orders, it’s 20–25 days.

Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or paid?
A: Yes, we can offer samples for free, but the shipping cost must be covered by the customer.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment via T/T or L/C.
