A: Yes, you can purchase individual components or parts instead of buying the entire unit. For example, you can manufacture certain parts locally, and we can provide you with the necessary drawings and specifications.

2Q: Is it all right to make customer's own brand name?

A: Yes, we can customize the product with your brand name, provided that you have the proper authorization and legal rights to use the brand.

3Q: What are your payment terms?

A: We usually accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) payments. A 30% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining 70% paid before delivery. For sample orders, we may require full payment in advance via T/T, or L/C at sight.

4Q: How about quality control in your factory? 

A: "Quality is first, Customers are friends." Every product undergoes strict individual testing before packaging and shipping to ensure top-quality standards.

5Q: What is your delivery time?

A: Delivery typically takes 15–20 days after we receive your T/T deposit.
