Manhole Description

1.) The manhole cover is installed on the top of a tank truck, serving as an essential access point for maintenance, inspection, and fluid transfer operations. It helps protect the tank during emergencies.

2.) Equipped with a P/V vent inside, it adjusts pressure differences between the inside and outside of the tank. In case of accidents or high temperatures, it automatically allows air intake or exhaust to maintain balance.

3.) Under normal conditions, the vent remains closed during loading and unloading. Temperature changes can cause internal pressure fluctuations, such as air pressure or negative vacuum. The vent closes automatically to keep the tank at a safe pressure level.

4.) In emergency situations like a car accident, the emergency exhaust valve opens to release pressure and prevent explosions, following set safety parameters.

5.) It features a second-level opening design. When the upper binding plate is opened, pressure is released, preventing workers from being pushed over.

6.) Two blind holes are available for installing optical sensors, dip tubes, or external vacuum valves according to customer requirements.

7.) The hooped connection replaces flanged connections, making installation more convenient and reliable.
