MACHINE INTRODUCTION
The MG-C700 is a newly developed paper cup machine that achieves a production speed of 65-75 pieces per minute. This advanced paper converting equipment features a multi-station design, capable of producing both single and double PE-coated beverage cups, ice cream cups, coffee cups, and bubble tea cups. It integrates all the necessary processes, including paper feeding, sealing, bottom cutting, lubricating, heating, knurling, and collecting, into one automated system.
 
FEATURE
A. The machine uses an open cam structure, ensuring high precision, high output, and long service life.
 
B. It employs a longitudinal gear drive system, which eliminates the instability and jitter associated with chain drives.
 
C. The entire unit has a box-type design, using a spray lubrication system to ensure smooth and stable operation at high speeds.
 
D. A photoelectric failure-detection system is included, along with a PLC control system for the entire cup-forming process.
 
E. Servo control ensures accurate delivery of the cup bottom when the cup tube arrives, otherwise it doesn't deliver the bottom.
 
F. A stretch knife is used for bottom cutting, making it easy to change and more stable.
 
G. The Swiss Leister heating device is equipped for cup body and bottom sealing, with the bottom heated first before feeding, improving the heating effect and ensuring proper knurling.
 
H. The knurling device undergoes hardening treatment, resulting in more beautiful cup textures and extended service life.
