The Influence of Different Light Intensities on Cold Flower Blossom in Intelligent Light Incubator

At present, there are many researches on the expression mechanism, cultivation and breeding of cold-flower mosaic color, but the effects of environmental factors on leaf color performance have not been thoroughly explored. The cold water flowers were treated with different light intensities, and the effects of light intensity on the change of leaf color and the ability of anti-oxidation to adapt to the reaction under high light stress were studied through an intelligent light incubator to provide a theoretical basis for the scientific cultivation of cold water flowers.

Cut the top stem section of the cold water flower plant, cut about 15cm, keep the top 2-3 sections, cut off the lower leaves. The matrix is used to disinfect and sterilize the sandy soil, and the matrix is placed in a small pot with a height of about 10 cm. Two cut roots of the cuttings and the rooting powder of suitable concentration are inserted into the matrix. The first irrigation is performed at 23° C. Incubation in a light incubator (normal light).

Intelligent light incubators with different light intensity treatments have a great influence on pigment content and ratio in leaves. According to the change of CAT activity, the response of cold water flower in anti-oxidation metabolic pathways under different light intensities can be traced. Compared to normal lighting and shading treatments, the leaves of the cold water flower after intense light treatment are slightly whitish and slightly burnt. Intelligent light incubator leaves are weak in dark conditions, and the leaf color is not bright enough, and the Chl content is also lower than in bright light.

The Ant content in the leaves of L. sativa was significantly increased under light induction induced by the intelligent light incubator, and was lowest under dark conditions, and was significantly different from other treatments (P<0.05), which was opposite to the lowest Chl. content under strong light. With regard to the expression trend, we can initially see the negative correlation between Ant and Chl. under the same conditions. The activity of CAT in leaves of L. oleifera grown under light and dark conditions in the intelligent light incubator was significantly higher than that in normal and shading (P<0.05), indicating that CAT activity was induced under light stress.
