Water Ring Pelletizing Production Line

The water ring hot cutting system is ideal for processing both filled and unfilled thermoplastic materials. It creates a cooling water ring around the die plate, ensuring even temperature distribution and uniform pellet quality, even at lower output levels. This system not only enhances the appearance of the pellets but also improves efficiency by reducing the machine footprint and minimizing the need for large cooling systems.

The compact design includes a granulator, dryer, air delivery system, and silos. Additional equipment like fluidized bed technology, shakers, and other accessories can be integrated based on specific needs. The system comes in both vertical and horizontal configurations.
