Copper Separator Machine General Introduction
1. Place wires and cables into the crusher where they are crushed and the plastic sheath is separated from the copper. The length of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the riddle—larger mesh results in longer pieces and higher output. Choose the mesh size based on the material type during production.
2. The crushed material (a mix of copper granules and plastic pieces) is conveyed to the separator via a conveyor. During this process, dust and some lightweight plastic fragments (including fiber, rope, or tapes mixed in the wires) are collected by the pressure-reducing blower. The opening of the blower connects to the dust collector, which uses a dust collection bag to prevent dust emissions, ensuring environmental protection. Dust and some lightweight plastic fragments are collected in the bag and discharged when full.
3. The separator is used to separate plastic pieces and copper granules. Based on differences in physical properties and specific gravity between materials, there is a specific gravity deviation under the influence of aerodynamic and vibration friction. By adjusting the conveying speed and amplitude parameters, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move to the bottom of the riddle and travel upward, while plastic pieces (with lower specific gravity) move to the top and travel downward, eventually being discharged through different openings.
4. All units are installed on the underbed to form a complete structure. The machine is pre-adjusted and ready for production before shipping, requiring only a power connection from the customer.
