Our LBHI idlers feature a fully sealed, waterproof, and dustproof design. The bearing assembly includes high-precision bearing chambers and special bearings for idlers, ensuring smooth operation, low noise, minimal maintenance, long service life (over 50,000 hours), and high reliability.
Idler rollers come in different types, such as trough idlers, parallel idlers, centering idlers, impact idlers, spiral idlers, corrosion-resistant idlers, vertical idlers, and their corresponding brackets. Each type is designed to suit different materials and environments.
Technical Features:
1. High-accuracy and high-frequency welded pipe is used for the shell, offering minimal diameter run-out and better balance.
2. Stamping parts are used as bearing housings, machined with NC lathes.
3. Bearings are KA series special bearings for idlers.
4. Bearing shafts are made from high-strength 45# steel, with NC turning and grinding to ensure precision.
5. Sealing is specially designed for self-compensation, low resistance, waterproof, and dustproof properties, ensuring long-term lubrication of the bearings.
