1. No blowing pipe – easy maintenance The CNX Series mobile welding smoke purifier uses high-efficiency filter cartridges as its core filtration element. Unlike conventional filter materials, our filters feature a PTFE membrane on the surface, which significantly improves dust retention and filtration performance. Traditional filter materials such as cotton or paper have fiber sizes ranging from 5 to 60 microns. When smoke passes through, fine particles can penetrate and clog the filter, reducing airflow and increasing resistance over time. Without proper cleaning, the filtration efficiency drops rapidly. Our filters, however, use a PTFE membrane with a very fine mesh that effectively blocks submicron particles. These particles are captured on the outer surface of the filter, preventing them from entering the material itself. Compressed air can then easily remove the dust during the cleaning cycle. This design offers a filtration efficiency at least 3–5 times higher than traditional filters, and the service life is twice as long. It ensures consistent performance and reduces replacement frequency.  Usage Scenarios The main components include a universal suction arm, heat-resistant vacuum hose, suction hood with an adjustable airflow valve, flame retardant high-efficiency filter, pulse reverse blowing system, pulse solenoid valve, pressure differential gauge, clean room, activated carbon filter, heavy-duty ash drawer with brakes, flame-retardant material, sound-absorbing cotton, casters, fan, ABB motor, and electrical cabinet. Working Principle Welding smoke enters through the exhaust inlet via a centrifugal fan. The universal dust hood includes a flame arrester that stops sparks. Smoke moves into a settling chamber where larger particles fall directly into the ash hopper. Fine particles are captured on the outer surface of the filter. Clean air passes through the filter and activated carbon adsorption before being discharged through the outlet. Equipment Advantages 1.
