At this time, the main motor is started to drive the pulley to rotate. After 20 seconds, the pulley runs normally. The end cylinder is depressurized, the clutch is closed, the pulley is operated together with the eccentric shaft, and after 20 seconds, the flywheel end cylinder is depressurized, the clutch is closed, and the eccentric shaft is The flywheels work together to complete the start-up of the crusher.
The cylinder for realizing the hydraulic safety function is disposed in the connecting rod body, and the working oil pressure does not exceed 200 kg/cm 2 . When the crusher falls into the non-crushed material, when the oil pressure of the lower cylinder of the connecting rod exceeds the normal value, the oil in the lower cylinder is forced to open the high-pressure relief valve, and the flow is discharged to the upper cylinder, thereby causing the lower part of the connecting rod and the elbow. The plate and the moving jaw stop moving, and the main motor, the eccentric shaft and the upper part of the connecting rod operate as usual, thereby protecting the machine from damage. Park to remove the non-crushed material and then drive again.
