After the low-pressure oil flow is unimpeded, use a hand pressure pump to remove the air in the oil circuit and open the bleed screw of the pump head until no air bubbles exist before tightening the bleeder screws. 3, to determine the smooth flow of the oil, the diesel engine supply system has no air, you can open the pump cover, the lever movement handle, dial the pump lever, see if the lever is flexible and the plunger spring is broken. With the flexible lever and the plunger spring not being broken, the diesel engine can be started for 10 minutes at medium speed, and when there is a broken fire, a copper hammer can be used to gently hit the big nut of the oil pump, while tapping while listening to the sound of the diesel engine. If the sound is abnormal, it means that the pump piston and the push rod are issued for repair or replacement. 4. If not, consider that the nozzle is not atomized, the pump plunger spring and the spring seat are broken, the card does not work, or there is water in the diesel. Remove the nozzle assembly to check the opening pressure and atomization. If the nozzle assembly is normal, allow the user to use clean diesel into the kettle to test by the oil bypass method. If there is a broken fire, it should be considered as an engine problem. 5, remove the injector assembly, rotate the crankshaft a few times, that is, there is water spouting, explain the cylinder head, cylinder body cracks or trachoma, in this case, can explain to the user or to the diesel engine company.
