At present, the laboratory has 85 fixed researchers, 2 experts for the "Thousand Talents Program", 4 academic leaders at or above the provincial level, and more than 30 visiting scholars to participate in laboratory research work. Basic technical research and applied technology research work capabilities. In the past two years, the laboratory has developed its own advantages and characteristics in the development of noise, vibration and safety technologies. It has won 8 scientific research awards at the national and provincial level and has published more than 100 papers in domestic and foreign academic journals. More than 60 patents.

Pang Jian said that as more and more car companies join the ranks of attaching importance to NVH, the gap between China's automobile quality and the world's advanced level will become smaller and smaller. He believes that after about four or five years, Chinese cars can have the ability to enter world-class markets in NVH, and gradually move away from price competition to the level of performance competition.
