711 won the bid for the world's largest coal-to-olefin project furnace burner order

Recently, CSIC successfully won the bid for several sets of gasifier burners in the world's largest coal-to-olefins project, with a contract value of over 20 million yuan, marking the entry of the gasifier top-fired combined burners independently developed by the institute. Industrial application stage, officially applied to Siemens gasifier. Due to the excellent performance, low price and convenient maintenance of the localized device, it is expected to completely replace the import.
Siemens GSP powder coal gasification technology is one of the world's leading clean coal gasification technologies. It is applied to China's 500,000 tons/year coal to olefins project and is currently the world's largest coal to olefins project. Among them, the gasifier is the core equipment for the operation of the plant, and the pulverized coal burner and the ignition burner are the key to the long-term and stable operation of the gasifier. Since the operation in 2011, the original gasifier burner has a firing success rate of less than 50% during operation, the pulverized coal burner has a low service life, and the slag loading effect is not ideal, which seriously affects the normal operation of the gasifier. .
With many years of experience in R&D and processing of pulverized coal burners, in April 2012, 711 won the opportunity to tackle the localized gasifier burner. By June 2013, after continuous optimization and improvement, the ignition burner developed by the institute reached nearly 95% ignition reliability, and successfully solved the problem that has long plagued users. After more than three months of trial operation, the localized combined burner has obvious advantages in operation and has been highly evaluated by users.
