The contents varied from 1.564.02 m.The chlorophyll content of the Datian seedlings was the highest with an average of 3.56 m; the chlorophyll content of the seedlings in the test tube was the lowest with an average of 1.79 m, and the variation coefficient of the secondary seedling chlorophyll content was the smallest, being 0.037. The largest seedling of Daejeon was 0.061.

The chlorophyll content of all three jujube tree species from the secondary seedlings of the test tube to the field seedlings was measured by the portable chlorophyll meter and was found to vary from low to high. In addition, the chlorophyll content measured by the two methods of wood jujube and jujube in Datian seedlings was higher than that of dog head jujube. This phenomenon may be related to the adaptability of the jujube trees of these three species. Jin jujube and jujube were distributed in Shaanxi and Shanxi, while the dog head jujube only had a small amount in Yanchuan, Shaanxi.
