Problems with the rotor part 1.1 hammerhead 1.1.1 The hammerhead of the hammer crusher is the main consumable part. After the replacement, vibrations were found to increase during driving, which could cause damage to the spindle bearings or couplings. Hammer head use cycle is short. 1.1.2 Resolving measures Hammer head shall be broken down and turned over according to the current situation during use. Until the replacement of the new hammerhead, the new hammerhead shall be weighed and divided into several groups (generally 3 groups). Group 4), so that the weight of each group should be equal, otherwise it is easy to cause vibration when driving, because the hammer is in error when casting, so that the weight of each hammer is not the same. When there is a parking opportunity at ordinary times, check the gap between the hammerhead and the screen bar, between the screen bar and the screen bar, adjust if necessary, and replace the screen bar on time. 1.2 Problems with hammer frame 1.2.1 (l) The hammer frame of the hammer crusher is made of cast steel and has less contact with the material. (2) The hammer plate of the hammer frame and the side plate of the shell will be subject to the impact caused by the material. The wear of the hammer disc is more serious. 1.2.2 Measure to solve Check the hammer plate in time, repair the damage that can be repaired by bending, and replace it if it cannot be repaired. Because the hammer plate is bent, it will easily cause the hammer to cause vibration. For worn side hammer discs, it is possible to build a wear-resistant layer on the worn part. Secondly, before the new side disc is replaced, a wear-resistant layer is welded on the circumferential surface of the side plate and the side plate near the side plate to extend the side plate. The service life. 1.3 There is a problem with the spindle 1.3.1 (l) The main shaft of the hammer crusher will wear out due to friction during operation. (2) The diameter of the shaft that the main shaft and the sliding bearing cooperate with, due to the use of the oil ring lubrication method, long-term operation may easily cause the shaft diameter to wear or draw, so that the contact surface between the main shaft and the bearing shell is not good, causing tile heating and affecting production. 1.3.2 Remedy (l) Mount the bushing on the two ends of the spindle and use an interference fit so that the shaft diameter in the shell can be effectively protected. (2) The main shaft is transported to the mechanic workshop, and the worn out area is turned off on the lathe, and the pad is scraped off according to the new size of the shaft and the gasket is adjusted. 2. The bearings of the drive bearing hammer crusher have some sliding bearings, but most of them use rolling bearings. In the raw material section of our factory, we used a sliding bearing and the bearing was made of Babbit. 2.1 Problems (l) Driving in the winter can easily lead to the development of tiles or tiles. Over time, the babbitt alloy layer will fall off, the bearing temperature will increase or vibration will occur, and the bearing will crack. 2.2 Solutions (l) In the northern regions, winter is very cold. When using lubricating oil, the viscosity is generally lower in winter and the viscosity is higher in summer. The incidence of ground-wax accidents in winter is much higher than that in summer, and most of them are shortly after driving. Therefore, if there is a long parking time in the winter (more than 4 hours), check the oil condition before driving. Fortunately, Add some hot oil on the two sides of the axle bushes or heat them under the watts, and then turn the rotor a few times on one side of the lining wheel. (2) Don't stop immediately when a tile-waving accident occurs. Make a cool oil immediately and then make it slow. Some of the post workers in this situation rushed to pour cold water on the bearings. This is very wrong, because the axles will be held on the shaft in the cold, which will cause serious damage to the bearings.
