The meter specification (caliber) is not necessarily the same as the process pipeline. It should be determined whether the measured flow range is within the flow rate range. That is, when the pipeline flow rate is too low to meet the flow meter requirements or the measurement accuracy cannot be guaranteed at this flow rate, It is necessary to reduce the gauge diameter, thereby increasing the flow rate inside the tube and obtaining satisfactory measurement results.
3. Fluid characteristics mainly refer to gas pressure, temperature, density, viscosity, compressibility, etc. Since the volume of gas varies with temperature and pressure, it should be considered whether compensation should be compensated.
4. Instrument performance refers to the accuracy, repeatability, linearity, range ratio, pressure loss, initial flow, output signal and response time of the instrument. When selecting the flowmeter, the above indicators should be carefully analyzed and compared, and the flow rate of the metering medium can be selected. Required instrument.
5. Installation conditions refer to gas flow direction, pipeline direction, length of upstream and downstream straight pipelines, pipe diameter, space location and pipe fittings, etc., which will affect the accurate operation, maintenance and service life of gas gas flowmeters.
