Light mud drilling test succeeded

“Emancipation” mud is one of the key factors for drilling speed increase, and it is also an important link to protect oil layers and facilitate oil and gas discovery. Recently, the application of light mud in the upper drilling of the Yangta 1-7 well was successful. The mud density was reduced by 0.15-0.2 compared with the adjacent well, and the average mechanical drilling rate of the whole test well was 7.76 meters per hour. This is also the first successful application of the light mud drilling test in the oil field.

High-quality light mud drilling technology has been widely used in major oil fields across the country. In the Moxi Oilfield, the “Mulch Speed” was born due to the use of advanced technologies such as light mud. The Tarim oilfield has deep drilling, complex strata, poor stability, and great difficulties in the application of light mud. Therefore, the method of increasing mud density is adopted to prevent collapse and severely restrict the drilling speed. In December 2005, at the Tarim Oilfield Engineering Technology Symposium held in Beijing, the leaders of the joint stock company proposed the issue of improving the drilling speed of Tarim with high-quality light mud slurry. The oil field cooperated with Southwest Petroleum University to conduct on-site tests on the project “High-quality light mud to increase drilling speed” in Well 1-7.

The technology of improving the drilling speed of high-quality light mud is to optimize the mud system by introducing strong suppression technology and anti-expansion technology, so that it can suppress the existing collapse pressure of the drilled formation and improve the anti-collapse ability, thereby correspondingly reducing the mud density used. Create favorable conditions for increasing drilling speed.

The high-quality light mud of Yangta 1-7 well improves the drilling speed test project from drilling to drilling to well depth of 4180 meters. The mud density is controlled at about 1.17 grams per cubic centimeter, which is much lower than the adjacent mud density; the well wall is stable throughout the drilling process. There is no obvious block-out phenomenon; the well inclination is between 0.5 and 1.3 degrees; in 47 days, the drilling cycle is saved by about 20 days compared with the drilling design; compared with other wells in the same block and the same conditions, the drilling speed has been greatly improved. .

On the basis of the success of this test, the technology will continue to be applied in areas such as Yingmaili, and will be gradually promoted after maturity.

Stereo Light Curing Molding - Sla

STEREO LIGHT CURING MOLDING - SLA
It mainly uses photosensitive resin as a raw material, and utilizes the characteristic that liquid photosensitive resin will cure quickly under ultraviolet laser beam irradiation. The photosensitive resin is generally liquid, and it immediately initiates a polymerization reaction and completes curing when irradiated with a certain wavelength of ultraviolet light (250 nm to 400 nm). SLA focuses on the surface of the light-curing material by focusing ultraviolet light of a specific wavelength and intensity to solidify it sequentially from point to line and from line to surface, thereby completing the drawing of a layered cross-section.
