Electronic universal testing machine will have many problems in the loading process. How to solve these problems?

1. Severe oil leakage in the hydraulic system. The oil leakage in the oil system is generally present at the connection of the buffer valve, oil return valve, delivery valve, oil pump and pipeline. Tighten the screws after adding the pad. If the gasket is broken, it must be disassembled and replaced here. The gasket should be made of copper or aluminum alloy.

2, the lack of fuel tank. Loaded to a certain load, the oil return valve of the delivery valve has a “噗” or “噗” movement, with less oil and bubbles. When the load can no longer rise, no oil flows out of the return line. Cleaning method: Fill the test tank with oil until you see that the oil level reaches half of the oil window.

3, the oil pump is not compacted on the pump body. In this way, each load can only reach a certain load, and the load can no longer rise. The return valve of the delivery valve is free of oil. Cleaning method: Use a wrench to tighten the fixing screws at the rear of the pump. If still in doubt, remove the oil trap and add a gasket between the oil trap and the pump body.

4. The cooperation gap between the operating piston and the cylinder is too large and there is too much oil in the gap, which can be seen from the oil spill and other exports. The method is to increase the viscosity of the oil, assuming that it is still not possible to deal with doubts. After precise measurement, the converter should be replaced with a piston and a cylinder.

5, the viscosity of the oil is too low (the oil return valve of the delivery valve is constantly out of oil). Generally medium-viscosity mineral oil is used. It does not contain water, acids and other compounds. It does not form at room temperature and does not become thick. If necessary, it can be measured with a viscometer. Assuming that the oil is not properly used, it will block the valve and the oil line, and it may cause oscillation or leakage of the pipe. Electronic universal testing machine should be the best choice for the use of oil.

6. There is a large gap between the force measuring piston and the force measuring cylinder. When it hits a high tonnage, it can be seen from the lower part of the force measuring cylinder. The normal situation is that there is intermittent drip when there is no oil drop or high tonnage, assuming a linear outflow, indicating that the force measuring piston should be switched. When observing the oil leakage, you should pay attention to the difference between the oil leakage of the joint and the oil leakage of the cylinder plug, and do not distinguish faults by mistake.

7, the delivery valve in the piston and piston sleeve damage or stretch spring becomes soft. In this way, the load base that can be reached by each load does not change, and the delivery valve is noisy. When the load can no longer rise, the return valve of the delivery valve has a large amount of oil. The piston and piston sleeve should be removed and ground. If the damage is severe, the tension spring should be changed.

8, the delivery valve regulator spring low stiffness or save the needle cavity is blocked. The primary manifestation is that each load can only reach a certain load, and when the load can no longer rise, the return pipe has a large amount of oil. Sweeping method: Change the stiffness of the regulator to stabilize the spring or clean the dirt.

9, the delivery valve damping needle and damping hole clearance is too small. The primary manifestation is that each load can only reach a certain load, and when the load can no longer rise, the delivery valve return pipe has a large amount of oil. Cleaning method: Take out the damping needle and use a guillotine knife to remove a part of it along the axis of the damping needle.

10. The belt of the oil pump is loose and has a slippery appearance. After loading to a certain load can no longer rise, return valve oil delivery valve out of oil, the pump no work sound. Cleaning method: Loosen the motor fixing screw, adjust the orientation, tighten the belt, and tighten the motor fixing screw. If the belt is deformed too much, a new belt must be converted.
