This shows that the development ideas of our institute are in full compliance with the “Continue to take scientific and technological progress and innovation as an important support for accelerating the transformation of economic development methods” proposed at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee. The requirements of the meeting are in line with the implementation of the national independent innovation strategy and the requirements for the construction of an innovative country.

After studying the article of Dean Ding, I have more deeply realized that the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" is the critical period for the transformation of China's economic development mode, and it is also a strategic opportunity period for the innovation and development of our hospital. As a young employee of the home-made science instrumentation equipment application demonstration center of the Institute of Physical and Chemical Education of the Institute, I deeply felt that China’s current scientific research “empty core” is serious, and scientific instrument and equipment research and development are mainly based on tracking and simulation, and highly sophisticated scientific instruments. The situation that equipment basically relies on imports needs to be improved. Therefore, to take this opportunity, I also talked about my own views on the innovation and development of domestic application of scientific instruments and equipment demonstration center, and communicate with everyone.

1. Coordinate the development of domestic scientific instruments to develop superior strengths and improve the "national scientific instrumentation equipment application demonstration system."

Application demonstration is a key link in the independent innovation chain of scientific instruments. If we want to do a good job in application demonstration work, we must unite as much as possible the strengths of the development of domestic scientific instruments and strengthen our strength. Recently, under the support of relevant leaders, the Physical and Chemical Center took the lead in forming the “National Strategic Alliance for the Application of Scientific Instruments and Equipment”, which organically linked the strengths of “management, production, learning, research, and use” and established Domestic scientific instrument application demonstration centers and local sub-centers, such as the Sichuan Center, Shaanxi Center, Liaoning Center, etc., also established several application demonstration laboratories. So far, a prototype system of domestic scientific instruments has been preliminarily formed with the alliance as the core, application demonstration centers and laboratories. However, the establishment of an alliance and the establishment of an application demonstration system is only the first step in our work. After the establishment of the alliance, how to innovate the mechanism and system, continue to unite with a broader range of forces, improve the system architecture, give full play to the advantages of all parties in the alliance, and exert synergies will be our center. The focus and difficulty of the next step.

2. The innovation center operation mechanism explores new demonstration and promotion modes.

Although the domestic scientific instrumentation equipment application demonstration center was initially established as a non-profit public service organization, I feel that the application of the demonstration center must break the existing public welfare institution development model, explore the establishment of a good operating mechanism, and demonstrate innovation. Only in this way can the business be bigger and stronger.

First, we must closely unite the instrument companies in the alliance, collectively organize or participate in more influential professional meetings in the name of the alliance, and conduct centralized publicity on the instrument products of the participating companies. On the one hand, we can expand the coalition's cohesion and influence. , It can also promote the company, and gradually increase the image and attention of domestic scientific instruments; Second, we want to become the bond between the government, enterprises and users. Organize related companies to study the country’s strategic conception in the areas of instrument and equipment R&D, upgrade, and transformation, and timely feedback the concepts and needs of enterprises and users to relevant government departments, and do a good job of comparing the performance of domestic and imported instruments, and further develop the government and users. Recommendations and other work; In addition, the operation of scientific instruments has a certain degree of professionalism, and personnel with no relevant basics cannot operate the instrument to complete experiments. This is a major challenge for enterprises. We can focus on the advantages of human resources in the alliance to assist companies in conducting professional application demonstrations and training. Services, reduce corporate burdens, and expand the center's impact.

3, keep up with the development trend of science and technology, innovative application of demonstration methods.

"Cloud Computing" and "Internet of Things" are trends in the development of science and technology in the near future. In the near future, they will change our way of life. We should also keep up with the development trend of science and technology, and apply innovative demonstration methods.

We can provide real-time network application demonstrations for instrument users, which can also increase the application demonstration effect while saving the center's expenses.
