4. Working Principle of Vibrating Screen

The screen is powered by a vertical motor equipped with eccentric hammers at the top and bottom, acting as a vibratory source. The eccentric hammers convert rotational motion into horizontal, vertical, and inclined movement, which is then transferred to the screening surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom weights allows control over the material's trajectory on the sieve.
