4. Working Principle of Vibrating Screen

The vibrating screen uses a vertical motor equipped with eccentric hammers at the top and bottom, which serve as the vibratory source. The eccentric hammers convert the rotational motion into horizontal, vertical, and inclined movement, transferring it to the sieving surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom eccentric weights can change the trajectory of the material on the sieve.
