The reasons that can cause the pneumatic brake failure of the high-pressure grooming vehicle are as follows: the free travel of the brake pedal of the vehicle is too large, the diaphragm of the brake air chamber and the brake control valve are broken or damaged, and the brake is emptied during emptying. The pipe damage caused by the pipeline caused the air leakage and the looseness of the joint, the air pressure in the air reservoir was not enough, the gap between the brake drum and the brake shoe friction pad was improper, and the friction pad was stained with muddy water or oil, brake air valve If the exhaust valve is not closed properly, etc., it will cause a failure of the pneumatic brake of the high-pressure vehicle. After we know the cause of the failure, we will start troubleshooting.

1. After the engine of the high-pressure grooming vehicle is started, let it run at medium speed for several minutes, and then see if the air pressure in the air reservoir can reach the specified standard. If the air pressure is insufficient, the air pressure is also after the engine is turned off. Can not fall, then it proves that the air compressor of the high-pressure grooming car has failed. If the output pressure is insufficient, it is necessary to check whether the belt of the high-pressure grooming vehicle is broken or too loose. If the belt is completely normal, the pipelines of the air reservoir and the air compressor are checked in sequence. No leaks occurred.

2. The engine of the high-pressure dredging vehicle continues to operate. When the brake pedal has not been depressed, the air pressure in the air reservoir does not increase. After the engine is turned off, the air pressure is continuously reduced. Mostly, the pipeline between the brake control valve and the air compressor of the high-pressure vehicle was cracked.

3, after the above inspection, all parts are operating normally, then we should check whether the free travel of the brake pedal of the high-pressure grooming vehicle is too big, whether the wear of the friction plate is too serious, brake The clearance between the drum and the friction plate is not too large.


Control Arm:
