Laser engraving and cutting technology

Using laser engraving and cutting, the process is as simple as using a computer and printer to print on paper. You can use Win98/Win2000/WinXP environment to use a variety of graphics processing software, such as CorelDraw to design, scanned graphics, vector graphics and a variety of CAD files can be easily "printed" into the engraving machine. The only difference is that the prints apply toner to the paper, and the laser engraving is to shoot the laser on almost all the materials such as woodwork, buckwheat, plastic plates, metal plates, and stone.

Laser engraving can be divided into dot matrix engraving and vector cutting according to different engraving methods: dot matrix engraving dot matrix engraving resembles high-definition dot matrix printing. The laser head oscillates left and right, each time it sculpts a line made up of a series of dots, and then the laser head moves up and down simultaneously to sculpt a plurality of lines, finally forming a full-page image or text. Scanned graphics, text, and vectorized graphics can all use dot matrix engraving. Vector cutting is different from dot carving, where vector cutting is done on the outer contour of the text. We usually use this model for penetrating cutting on wood, gram, paper and other materials. We can also perform marking operations on the surface of many materials.

The performance of an engraving machine is mainly determined by the engraving speed, engraving intensity, and spot size. Engraving speed The engraving speed refers to the speed at which the laser head moves, usually expressed in IPS (inches per second). High speeds result in high production. effectiveness. Velocity is also used to control the depth of cut. For a given laser intensity, the slower the speed, the greater the depth of cut or engraving. You can use the engraving machine panel to adjust the speed, you can also use the computer's print driver to adjust. In the range of 1% to 100%, the adjustment rate is 1%. Hummer's advanced motion control system enables you to get super-fine engraving quality even at high-speed engraving. Sculpting Strength Sculpting intensity refers to the intensity of the laser light striking the surface of the material. For a particular engraving speed, the greater the intensity, the greater the depth of cut or engraving. You can use the engraving machine panel to adjust the intensity, you can also use the computer's print driver to adjust. Within the range of 1% to 100%, the adjustment rate is 1%. The greater the intensity, the greater the speed. The depth of cut is also deeper The spot size The spot size of the beam can be adjusted using lenses of different focal lengths. Small spot lenses are used for high-resolution engraving. The large spot lens is used for lower resolution engraving, but it is the best choice for vector cutting. The standard configuration of the new device is a 2.0-inch lens. Its spot size is in the middle and it is suitable for various occasions.

The general engraving machine can engrave the following materials: wood products, organic glass, metal plates, glass, stone, crystal, Corian, paper, two-color plates, alumina, leather, resin, and sprayed metal.
