Practice has proved that it is an economical and effective method to strengthen daily maintenance, because the crew is in a static state, and various materials of the unit itself will undergo complicated chemical and physical changes with oil, cooling water, diesel oil, air, etc., and thus the unit will be stopped. ".

1. The unit starts the battery failure. The battery is left unattended for a long time. The electrolyte is not replenished in time after the water evaporates. The battery charger is not configured. The battery is discharged after a long period of natural discharge, or the used charger needs to be manually performed. Both charge and float charge switching, due to negligence did not switch operation resulting in battery power can not meet the requirements, to solve this problem in addition to the configuration of high quality charger, the necessary testing and maintenance is a must.

3. Maintenance period of motor oil (two years)
The oil of the engine is a mechanical lubrication, and the oil also has a certain retention period. For long periods of storage, the physical and chemical properties of the oil will change, causing the lubrication condition of the unit to deteriorate during operation, and the damage of the unit parts will be easily caused. Therefore, the lubricating oil should be replaced regularly.

4. Replacement period of three filters (oil filter, machine filter, air filter, water filter)
The filter acts as a filter for diesel oil, oil, or water to prevent impurities from entering the body. In the diesel oil, impurities and impurities are also unavoidable, so the filter plays an important role in the operation of the unit, but At the same time, these oils or impurities are also deposited on the filter wall, which causes the filter capacity of the filter to decline, too much deposition, and the oil path will not be able to open. This will cause the oil machine to run with shocks due to the lack of supply of oil. Oxygen), so in the normal use of the generator set, we recommend that: First, the common unit replaces the three filters every 500 hours; second, the replacement unit replaces the three filters every two years;

5. Cooling system Water pump, water tank and water pipeline have not been cleaned for a long time, so that the water circulation is not smooth, the cooling effect is reduced, the water pipe joint is good, the water tank, the water channel is leaking, etc. If the cooling system is faulty, the consequences are: First, the cooling effect is not good, so that the water temperature in the unit is too high and the machine is stopped. Welson units are common; second, the water tank leaks and the water level in the water tank drops, and the unit will not work properly. (To prevent the use of a generator in winter , water pipes freeze, we recommend installing a water heater in the cooling system).

6. Lubrication system, seals Due to the chemical properties of lubricating oils or oil esters and iron scraps produced after mechanical wear, these not only reduce its lubricating effect, but also accelerate the damage of the parts, and at the same time, due to the lubricating oil on the rubber seals. Certain corrosion effects, in addition, the oil seal itself is also aging at any time, so that the sealing effect is reduced.

7. The output of the engine power of the fuel and air distribution system is mainly that the fuel burns in the cylinder to do work and the fuel is ejected through the fuel injector. This causes the burned carbon deposits to deposit on the fuel injector, and the fuel is injected with the increase of the deposition amount. The amount of fuel injected from the nozzle will be affected, resulting in inaccurate ignition advance angle of the injector, uneven injection of fuel from each cylinder of the engine, and unstable working conditions. Therefore, regular cleaning of the fuel system and replacement of filter components are required. Its oil supply is unimpeded, and the alignment of the gas distribution system makes the ignition even.

8. The control part of the unit The control part of the oil machine is also an important part of the maintenance of the unit. The unit is used too long, the line connector is loose, and the AVR module is working properly.
