In the “12th Five-Year Plan” of the equipment manufacturing industry drafted by the China National Machinery Industry Federation, the people’s livelihood machinery equipment and high-end equipment were listed as “key development tasks”. Among them, people's livelihood equipment was first included in the five-year development plan (draft) of the equipment manufacturing industry.

The people's livelihood equipment mentioned here is not commonly used as a consumer product for people's livelihood, but an investment product closely related to human life and health. The current emphasis on the development of people's livelihood equipment includes roughly six major components:

The first is modern agricultural equipment. Including water-saving irrigation equipment and precision agricultural equipment, food safety equipment, deep processing equipment for agricultural and sideline products, food and beverage processing technology and equipment, and equipment for agricultural biological resources.

The second is to provide a complete solution for the modern production and circulation of consumer products. For daily chemicals, food processing, maternity and child products and other rapid development of the field of livelihood supplies, improve its process, improve its modernization level, to achieve automation, precision and production equipment, quality control, product packaging and logistics and distribution of all aspects of production equipment Intelligent, providing users with a complete solution.

The third is safety emergency rescue equipment. Including emergency rescue and rescue equipment, fire-fighting equipment, coal mine safety and emergency equipment, search and rescue equipment, life detectors, fire pump valves, fire-fighting robots, and building fire safety equipment.

The fourth is environmental protection and ecological construction equipment. Including atmospheric treatment equipment, urban sewage sludge treatment equipment, urban waste treatment equipment, desalination equipment, on-line environmental monitoring equipment, grassland ecological construction equipment.

Fifth, biopharmaceutical equipment. Including analytical instruments, bioreactors, pharmaceutical production lines and so on.

Sixth is life health and medical diagnostic equipment. Including digital medical equipment, hospital informatization equipment, micro-robots for medical treatment, service robots for elderly people and patients themselves, remote health diagnosis systems, and home medical intelligence systems.
