Three-piece pneumatic ball valve works:

1. When the pneumatic actuator is connected to the circuit and system air supply, air enters A cylinder (B cylinder) through the pipe A or B to push the piston to move towards the end, so as to drive the rotating shaft and the core to rotate by 90°.

2. When the green light of the echo signal is on, the valve is in the open position, and when the red light is on, the valve is in the closed position.

3. The top of the pneumatic actuator is linked to the visual indicator. When the green symbol points to "open", the valve is marked open.

4. The valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, reliable sealing and easy opening and closing.

5. Positioner can adjust the valve pipe flow.

6. The valve stem adopts a bottom-mounted structure with an inverted seal. When the valve chamber is raised abnormally, the stem will not be impacted.

7. Pneumatic piston actuators are made of low-friction materials to make bearing sleeves. The internal and external surfaces of the cylinder are hard anodized and anti-corrosion treatment, which greatly improves the service life of the cylinder.
