Chen Shutian is a disabled person in Nanning who has a “Level 3 Disability Card”. At the age of 57, he suffered from osteomyelitis for many years, and earned a living cost by opening up his handicap. Since then, he has started his living with a car with disabilities. In 2005, he developed osteomyelitis. In 2006, Chen Shutian had an operation, but the operation did not cure his illness. Because he didn't have the money to move the second operation, he bought the medicine and disinfected his feet according to his doctor's orders. In recent years, he has dealt with disinfectant medicine every day.

Wish: I hope to have a surgery

Chen Shutian’s illness has become more and more serious. However, he is unable to afford a surgery fee of 340,000 yuan.
