Recently, two high-end products HT250×280/180Y-NC horizontal heavy-duty horizontal lathes developed by Qizhong CNC Equipment Co., Ltd. and passed the inspection and acceptance by Italian customers symbolize the high-end heavy equipment. It has made new breakthroughs by entering the markets of developed countries such as Europe and the United States.

The exported Italian products will be used for the machining of large turbine shafts, power station rotors, backup rollers and other components, motor generator shafts, and rotors. Its maximum processing diameter is 2.5 meters, the maximum bearing weight is 180 tons, the spindle accuracy is 0.025 millimeters, the total length of the bed is 38 meters and the maximum processing length is 28 meters. It is the longest numerically-controlled heavy-duty sleeping car developed in the history of Qizhong CNC. It is also the first CNC heavy-duty truck with a processing length of more than 28 meters in China. At present, the CNC heavy-duty horizontal lathe has passed the provincial new product appraisal and reached the international advanced level.
