**PLASTIC LABORATORY FUME CUPBOARD VENTILATOR**
This ventilator is specifically designed for handling corrosive vapors, fumes, and high-humidity environments, with a maximum temperature of 60°C. It is ideal for laboratories, chemical storage areas, electroplating plants, pharmaceutical facilities, and more.
**APPLICATIONS**
The MPCF series features backward-curved impellers that ensure low noise and high efficiency. It is widely used in laboratory fume hoods, fume cupboards, chemical workshops, electronic manufacturing, and metallurgical industries for effective exhaust ventilation.
**SPIRAL CASES**
Constructed from polyethylene (PE), the spiral case is durable and reversible. It can be rotated to any of the 8 standard discharge positions in 45° increments. All units come with 304 stainless steel mounting bolts and nuts. The inlet and outlet are round with standard sizes (160, 200, 250, 300 mm), making them easy to connect to plastic ducts.
**IMPELLERS**
The impellers are made of polypropylene (PP) and feature backward-curved blades for high efficiency. They are dynamically balanced according to DIN ISO 1940 standard G2.5.
**MOTORS**
Equipped with direct-driven, asynchronous motors, available in single or three-phase versions. They meet IP55 protection class and are rated at Class F. Motors are compatible with 380V/50-60Hz (three-phase) and 220V/50-60Hz (single-phase). Explosion-proof versions are available for ATEX compliance. Motors are outside the airstream and can be speed-adjusted via variable frequency drives.
**MOTOR SUPPORT**
Made of metal and coated with epoxy in blue for durability and corrosion resistance.
