This Vibrator Cum Manual Operated Concrete Block Making Machine (Single) is a manual block making machine that produces high-quality concrete blocks with sharp edges using power/vibration. It can be equipped with a diesel vibrator, which is ideal for rural areas with frequent power outages. The machine comes with a 1.5 HP single-phase or 1 HP three-phase electric vibrator, operating at 1440 RPM and weighing approximately 500 kg.

1. This is a stand-type, high-density hand-operated block making machine, versatile enough to be moved to any site for casting blocks on wooden or steel pallets inserted on both sides.
2. It features a top pressing ram operated by a toggle mechanism. The bottom plate is vibrated using an efficient, lightweight vibrating motor or a diesel engine-powered eccentric vibrator.
3. When the operating lever is pressed, the mold releases the blocks onto the pallet. The blocks with the pallet are then removed and manually left to dry.
4. Any shape of interlocking pavement blocks can be produced in various colors.
