These leading companies have collaborated to create a large-scale circular economy industrial base in China's central and western regions. According to the overall plan, the total investment in the Yili Industrial Base is expected to reach RMB 30 billion, forming a comprehensive energy and chemical industrial chain centered around PVC production.
