Working fire in Northfield, 2-21-20
Northfield firefighters were called to 2132 Middlefork Road on Friday after a fire broke out in a house that was under renovation. Upon arrival, the first responding units found flames spreading across the wood-shingle roof, indicating a rapidly developing situation. Firefighters quickly began their efforts to contain the blaze and prevent it from spreading further into the structure.
Several fire trucks from the Northfield Fire-Rescue Department arrived at the scene, including the iconic Pierce Arrow XT engine.
