And albite feldspar (microcline or orthoclase feldspar) is an important part of the feldspar in the ore. They usually contain about 3% to 5% Na2O and K2O. Although the crystal structure and physicochemical properties of albite and K-feldspar are very similar, it seems that the still angle of flotation is the only feasible way to separate them. In this study, using dynamic potential measurement, mineral solubility determination, surface tension measurement, adsorption measurement and flotation test, the effective separation range of albite and potassium feldspar amine flotation was investigated under the action of monovalent salt. The results show that NaCl and KCl have the best flotation separation effect of albite and potassium feldspar at a certain concentration. The mechanism of selective flotation separation of potassium feldspar and albite is the same ion (ie added salt). The medium ions are the same as the mineral lattice ions. The adsorption and exchange of different kinds of ions (ie, the ions in the added salts are different from the mineral lattice ions).
