New ambulance for Forest View FD
From the Fire Service Inc. Facebook page:
Congrats to Chief Tom Heller and the Forest View Fire Department on the arrival of their brand-new 2018 Wheeled Coach Type III ambulance! This sleek vehicle, built on a Ford E-450 chassis, comes packed with cutting-edge features designed for both efficiency and safety. It boasts all Whelen LED lighting, a custom "Coolbar" HVAC system, a Stryker Power Load and Power Cot for patient care, an EQ2B siren, airhorn system, and even a special gear compartment to store firefighting gear and SCBAs. This beautiful unit is not only a practical addition but also a striking upgrade to their fleet. We're thrilled to have them join the Fire Service family and look forward to seeing more of their incredible work.

I just saw this post pop up while scrolling through my feed, and I had to share it because it caught my attention. The level of detail and customization that went into this ambulance is impressive. It really feels like they've thought of everything—right down to the smallest details like the LED lights and the gear storage. As someone who follows emergency services closely, I can say this is definitely a game-changer for Forest View Fire Department. They’re clearly investing in quality and innovation, which benefits everyone in the community. I hope other departments take note of what they’ve done here—it’s a great example of how to upgrade responsibly while maintaining professionalism.
