For **hot-finished seamless steel pipes**, the tolerances on the outside diameter and wall thickness vary based on the nominal size:
- Up to 40A: ±0.5 mm tolerance on outside diameter; under 4 mm wall thickness, tolerance is ±0.6 mm.
- 50A to 125A: 1% tolerance on outside diameter; wall thickness tolerance ranges from +0.6 mm to -0.5 mm or ±15% to -12.5% depending on thickness.
- 150A: 1.6 mm tolerance on outside diameter; wall thickness tolerance remains consistent with previous categories.
- 200A or larger: 0.8% tolerance on outside diameter; for sizes over 350A, circumference measurement determines tolerances, which then become 0.5%.
